1. Where do you guys ship from?

Most of our items ship from El Paso, TX

2. Do you accept returns?

All sales are final unless there's an error on our part (wrong size, item damage,etc). This includes pre-order items. Pre-orders are final sale, because of the nature of pre-orders. We determine the quantities we order according to the amount of pre-orders placed. By placing a pre-order with us you agree to the terms and conditions mentioned above.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Order time's depend on the item. We try to get orders out in 5-8 days. Read item descriptions for specific shipping times as they can vary. 

4. What are pre-order items?

If your place a pre-order, all it means is it will ship at a future date. Typically 2-4 weeks depending on the item that's launching. We do pre-orders so you get first dibs!
